A prestigious educational institution in East Sussex is seeking an enthusiastic Cricket Coach to enhance their Cricket Programme. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in coaching or playing cricket, hold relevant coaching qualifications, and be passionate about developing young talent. This role offers a fixed-term contract with flexible working hours and a competitive hourly rate.

We are seeking a high‑calibre individual with significant experience within cricket as either a player or coach, to support the coaching and performance element of the Cricket Programme at Eastbourne College. The successful candidate will be passionate about translating their positive experiences within the game to pupils.
The position would suit someone already working in a similar role in the sector, or an experienced professional player or coach wanting to put his or her experience to use in a different context.
The successful candidate will have evidence of playing and/or coaching cricket at a credible, representative level. ECB (Level 2) or similar, accredited coaching qualification(s) are required. An ability to coach cricket to young people of all abilities and an ability to coach and develop talented players to representative level is essential.
Fixed term contract to 31 August 2026.
Hours of Work: We currently have two options available. Candidates may apply for either individually or for both combined.
Salary: £28.39 per hour
