A fast-food restaurant chain is seeking Crew members in Wolverhampton to join their team. Responsibilities include taking orders, cooking, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role of a Crew member is amazing. The areas you will control and be in charge of are so important. This will vary from taking orders to completing deep cleaning in the store. You will be part of a big team and the ability to work with such a diverse workforce is very important. Crew members will need to work at a fast pace with many situations where you will need to multitask. Our stores become very busy within minutes so we would need to ensure we are alert at all times. The moment we see a customer we need to become available to assist them, whether that is taking their order, assisting with kiosks or giving extra sauces or napkins. The service we give has a lasting impression on each customer and will most definitely determine if they return to us. Our customers need to be valued and listened to each and every time. We need to be sensitive to their concerns and questions.

Premium Shift – If you work overnights, between the hours of midnight and 5am, you'll earn extra pay.

What type of shifts will I be doing and how many? Our restaurant hours range from location to location, but over half of our restaurants are open 24 hours a day. We schedule most shifts to suit you, but also take working time legislation and our business needs into account.
What should I wear to work? Just one of the benefits of working at McDonald’s is that you don't have to worry about what to wear to work, we will supply you with a uniform.
How often do I get paid? This can vary depending on whether you work in a franchised or company‑owned restaurant. Typically, it can be every 2 or 4 weeks for hourly‑paid employees, and monthly for employees on a dedicated salary.
