The Ecology team is ambitious, dynamic, and driven by our collective goal to build a greener future. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Risk Manager to join our Risk and Compliance department.

The Credit Risk Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping, maintaining, and strengthening our credit risk framework across our Residential, BTL and Commercial portfolios. This role is central to ensuring that Ecology continues to lend responsibly, sustainably, and in line with our risk appetite, regulatory expectations, and strategic growth ambitions. You will be the custodian of our credit risk policies and appetite, leading on insight and assurance activity across the mortgage lifecycle.
