Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience within Credit Control.
• Experience within Real Estate or Property is highly desirable but not essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• High attention to detail is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and collect rent, service charges, and other payments promptly.
• Maintain accurate tenant and landlord accounts.
• Chase overdue balances through calls, emails, and formal notices.
• Prepare aged debt reports and monitor credit risk.
• Respond to tenant queries regarding invoices and payment plans.
• Ensure compliance with tenancy agreements and property regulations.
• Collaborate with property managers and finance teams.
