Are you a proactive detail‑driven Credit Control professional who thrives on making an impact? Do you enjoy building strong client relationships, solving problems and keeping cash flow healthy? If so, we’d love to welcome you to Rubix as our next Credit Controller.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Take ownership of your own client portfolio and keep their accounts on track.
  • Monitor debtor ledgers to ensure invoices are paid on time.
  • Investigate and resolve late payment issues quickly and effectively.
  • Upload invoices and manage payments through our EDI portals.
  • Build strong client relationships handling queries and disputes with confidence.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Apply smart credit control procedures to minimise overdue accounts and bad debt.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 2 years experience in credit control or a similar role (ideally within product & supply).
  • Proven ability to resolve queries and communicate clearly with clients at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of credit management principles and best practices.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Confident with Excel and accounting software (SAP QuickBooks or similar).
  • EDI and portal experience is a bonus but full training will be provided.
