• Understanding of prisons and prisoner working systems is desirable.
• Ability to use tools for small-scale refurbishments is essential.
• Knowledge of health and safety principles is essential.
• Experience in managing small scale refurbishments is essential.
• Experience supervising staff is essential.
• Self-motivated attitude is desirable.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships is desirable.
• Trade or building qualification in areas such as carpentry is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Cred Supervisor Maintenance Team's operations.
• Work alongside various trades to maintain a safe environment.
• Manage small-scale refurbishment projects.

Skills
