Job description

I’m looking for a Creative Director with serious FMCG packaging expertise to lead and elevate an in-house design team working at speed, scale, and high craft.

You’ll own the creative vision, drive world‑class standards across packaging design, colour, artwork and repro, and modernise the studio with smarter tools, systems, and AI‑driven workflows. This is a hands‑on leadership role, someone who can inspire a team, present with authority, and jump in to refine or finish designs when needed.

You’ll collaborate closely with production and client teams, present to major retailers, shape processes, mentor designers, and ensure every SKU is delivered with precision, consistency, and commercial awareness.

We’re looking for a grounded but visionary leader with proven senior experience in FMCG or private‑label packaging, an exceptional portfolio, expert understanding of print and colour, retouching and Photoshop mastery, and the ability to run a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced environment.
