The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in a creative role, managing teams and ensuring high-quality deliverables. The Creative Director will work with the marketing team to develop and execute creative campaigns that align with business objectives. They will manage a team of creatives, provide direction and feedback, and ensure that all deliverables meet high standards. In addition, they will collaborate with other departments to ensure that the creative vision is carried through across all touchpoints.
A minimum of 8 years experience in a creative role, preferably within an agency or in-house creative department
Proven track record of leading successful campaigns from concept to execution
Strong people management and communication skills
Expertise in graphic design, copywriting, brand strategy, and digital marketing
Proficient in project management tools and processes
