This role involves managing introducer relationships, supporting sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with policies. To originate and execute commercial mortgage loan applications aligned to the banks risk appetite and in compliance with the banks policies and procedures.
The role holder will play a significant part in growing the banks lending exposure to good quality commercial real estate business managing introducer relationships and key accounts In line with the banks values.
The role holder will also support senior management in focussed sales and marketing strategy regular reviews of commercial products to ensure sales targets and business competitiveness are maintained.
