Commercial Property Legal Secretary - Worksop

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Property Legal Secretary or Assistant to join a well‑established, full‑service law firm at its Worksop office. Known for its excellent reputation and continued growth, the firm works with a wide variety of commercial clients across the region and offers an engaging and supportive working environment.

This is a full‑time, permanent role suited to a motivated and detail‑oriented individual with strong administrative skills and a desire to build a lasting career within commercial property support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high‑quality secretarial support including audio typing, document production and preparation.
  • Handling a range of administrative duties within a busy Commercial Property department.
  • Opening new client files, preparing contract packs, and managing cases using the firm's internal systems.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling telephone enquiries.
  • Preparing and drafting commercial property documentation and correspondence, including title documents, forms, and searches.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and supporting the wider legal team as needed.
Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Ability to work independently, manage workload and prioritise deadlines effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding client service.
  • Prior experience in a similar legal secretarial role, ideally within Commercial Property or another property‑based area.
