To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a CPS Operations Coordinator located in Kendal, Castle Mills, England.

Reporting to the CPS Operations Team Lead, the CPS Operations Coordinator role involves managing customer and subcontractor orders, overseeing the CPS works calendar, writing reports, ordering parts, coordinating site access for engineers, handling fault calls, and performing other operational duties as needed.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Arranging works with subcontractors

  • Managing the works calendar & booking service visits

  • Report writing and site work analysis

  • Ordering parts and consumables as necessary

  • Arranging site access for engineers & undertaking briefings

  • Managing fault calls and warranty issues

  • Updating systems accordingly

  • Ensuring any other operational duties are undertaken as and when necessary

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Self-Motivated and organised

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to interact with other disciplines and work as part of a team or independently as required.

  • Good level of numeracy and literacy skills.

  • Proficiency in the day-to-day use of Microsoft based operating systems (Outlook / Word / Excel).
