Teamforce Labour are currentlylooking for experienced Plant and Vehicle Marshallers for an immediate start in Tilbury, Essex, RM18. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous experience in a similar role to contribute to a high-profile construction project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently manage the movement of plant and vehicles on-site.
• Ensure that all plant and vehicles are properly marshalled in accordance with site safety protocols and operational needs.
• Work closely with site teams to maintain smooth traffic flow and reduce risks.
• Oversee the safe loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report any issues or hazards to site management immediately.

Requirements:

• CPCS or NPORS certification (essential).
• Safety Critical Medical
• Previous experience in a similar Plant and Vehicle Marshaller role.
• Strong understanding of site safety and operational procedures.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively on-site.
