Responsibilities

• Supervise students in the absence of their teacher and support their learning and development.
• Respond to daily, short-term, and long-term bookings within secondary schools in the Wellingborough area.
• Manage classroom activities and ensure classroom order during cover sessions.

Job Requirements

• You must be eligible to work in the UK
• Strong classroom management
• A formal qualification such as a British Bachelor or Master's Degree is essential; prior experience in a classroom environment will also be considered
• Willingness to undertake various days of cover across different schools throughout the week
• A passion for teaching and education
• A creative approach to teaching
• Flexibility and adaptability
• A passion for supporting students in their learning
