Cover Supervisor Flexible Opportunities Available

Location: Secondary Schools in Warwickshire

Pay Rate: £90 £120 per day (dependent on experience)

We are currently recruiting skilled and dependable Cover Supervisors to support local secondary schools on a flexible, short-term, and long-term basis.

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Manage classrooms during teacher absences
  • Deliver pre-set work and ensure lesson objectives are met
  • Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
  • Record attendance and report any concerns
What We re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you ll need:

  • Minimum 6 months experience working with children in an educational setting
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Confidence in leading a class independently
  • A working knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to covering various subjects
  • Availability during standard school hours (8:30 AM 3:30 PM)
