Are you a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor looking for flexible, ongoing work in secondary schools across Retford?

Academics are working closely with a number of supportive secondary schools in the area who are seeking reliable Cover Supervisors to provide classroom supervision during teacher absences.

Position: Cover Supervisor

Location: Retford, Nottinghamshire

Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing positions

Pay: £100 - £130 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)

Start Date: ASAP or from a start date that suits you

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during short‑term teacher absences, ensuring pupils remain on task and follow pre‑set work. This role is ideal for graduates or individuals with experience working with young people who are considering a future career in education.

You will not be required to plan or mark work, making this an excellent opportunity to gain classroom experience while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.

Key Responsibilities
