  • Managing classroom behaviour confidently and fairly
  • Supporting the wider school team as needed
Who this role is ideal for:
  • Graduates considering a career in teaching
  • Experienced Cover Supervisors or Teaching Assistants
  • People with youth work, coaching, or mentoring experience
  • Confident communicators who can lead a classroom
  • Anyone looking for valuable secondary school experience
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience working with young people (school‑based or similar)
  • Strong behaviour management and calm authority
  • Flexibility and a positive, professional attitude
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply
What you’ll get with Protocol Education:
  • Weekly pay through PAYE, no umbrella companies
  • Free access to our online CPD Academy
  • Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
  • Opportunities across mainstream, SEND, and alternative settings
  • A smooth, supportive registration process
