A leading educational staffing agency is seeking a Cover Supervisor in Monmouthshire, South Wales. As a Cover Supervisor, you will confidently manage a classroom while delivering pre‑set lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of teaching staff. You do not need to be a subject specialist; however, you must be self‑assured, proactive and able to engage pupils, maintain focus and manage behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
This role is well suited to graduates considering a career in teaching, teaching assistants looking to progress, or individuals with experience working with young people who are confident in leading groups and keen to make a meaningful impact in education.
