What is a Cover Supervisor?

A Cover Supervisor works as an unqualified supply teacher, covering lessons across the entire national curriculum. All lesson plans are provided by the school, so your main responsibilities will be:

  • Keeping pupils on task with the pre‑set work
  • Engaging with students and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere
  • Classroom and behaviour management
What we're looking for
  • Ideally, you'll have a degree or be working towards one
  • Experience working with young people, whether in a school, youth club, or sports club setting
  • Enthusiastic about helping students learn in a structured environment
