CLASSROOM COVER SUPERVISORS

We are seeking to appoint highly motivated individuals to join our team of Cover Supervisors. This role is perfect for individuals looking to gain classroom experience, support learning, and build confidence in managing a classroom. You'll cover pre‑planned lessons in the absence of teachers.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Hold GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or above, or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting learners in an educational environment and understanding the school curriculum and teaching methods.
  • Strong behaviour management and ICT skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Motivated to work with children, emotionally resilient, and committed to promoting student welfare, equality, and diversity.
Candidate Profile
  • Confident in leading a classroom and managing behaviour.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and reliable.
  • Equipped with a current DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one.
  • Interested in pursuing a career in education.
