What You’ll Be Doing

As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll take charge of the classroom in the teacher’s absence, ensuring students stay engaged and on track with their learning. Every day will be different, keeping you on your toes! Your main responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials to students.
• Keeping the classroom focused and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Encouraging student participation and independent learning.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively.
• Supporting students with their work and answering questions.
