A leading education provider in Chelmsford is seeking a Cover Supervisor to engage and manage secondary school classes. Competitive pay starting at £120 per day is offered, with both full and part-time opportunities available.

Overview

Are you a Cover Supervisor based in or near Chelmsford with experience covering Secondary classes? Are your behaviour management skills strong, and are you able to engage a class and build relationships with young people?

About the role

We work with an excellent Secondary School in Chelmsford who prefer non qualified Cover Supervisors to cover the absence of their Teachers. The nature of General Cover means you're required to cover any class and any lesson; ensuring the students are well-behaved and focused on the work that has been left for them. Although you aren't expected to be an expert in any particular subject, you must be able to bring order, purpose and calmness to the classroom.
