Cover Supervisor | Kent | £100 to £130

CER are looking to add to our team of Cover Supervisors to fulfil temporary positions within our partnership schools in the Kent area up to the end of the academic year as well as starting in September 2025.

As a Cover Supervisor you will have the opportunity to inspire and engage students across a wide range of Key Stages on a flexible basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a wide variety of schools, gaining valuable experience or trying new settings.

We are particularly looking to recruit in the following locations for our partnership schools; Dartford, Gravesend, Medway, and Maidstone

Role Overview:

  • Guide Pupils through pre-planned lessons ensuring they are engaging and effective
  • Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
  • Record student progress, providing feedback to teachers

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience working in a secondary School/School Setting
  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Ability to drive is preferred, if not you must have sufficient links to pubic transport
