Join Our New Pool of Cover Supervisors - DN5 Area, Doncaster

Are you looking to take your first step into education, gain classroom experience, or simply enjoy flexible work in a rewarding environment?

We are working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in the DN5 area of Doncaster, and we are currently recruiting a new pool of Cover Supervisors to join our team for various day-to-day, short-term, and long-term assignments.

Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor, a recent graduate considering a career in teaching, or someone with strong classroom management skills, we want to hear from you!

Location and Availability

Location: DN5, Doncaster

Start Date: Ongoing opportunities available

Contract Type: Flexible (Day-to-day, short-term, and long-term)

Pay: Paid on a PAYE basis (no umbrella companies or hidden deductions)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff across KS3 and KS4
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
• Ensure all students stay on task and follow the lesson plan
• Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and behaviour
• Uphold the school's values and policies at all times

Requirements

• Experience working with secondary-aged students is highly desirable
• Strong classroom or behaviour management skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and take initiative
• A passion for supporting young people's learning
• A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
• Availability for work in the DN5 area and surrounding Doncaster schools
