Overview

Job Title: Cover Supervisor - Secondary School

Location: Bexleyheath, South East London

Pay: £120 - £150 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role

• Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teaching staff.
• Ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work.
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies.
• Supporting pupils with their learning where required.
• Building positive relationships with staff and students across the school.

About You

• Previous experience working with young people (classroom, youth work, tutoring or mentoring) is desirable.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• A proactive, flexible, and reliable approach.
• A genuine interest in working with secondary-aged pupils.
