Cover Supervisor - Cardiff & Surrounding Areas
Secondary Schools

We are seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join secondary schools across Cardiff and nearby areas. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in working in education, providing classroom support and managing lessons in the absence of the class teacher.

The Role:

  • Supervising classes and delivering pre-prepared lessons across the curriculum

  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment

  • Supporting pupils to remain engaged and focused on tasks

  • Assisting with school duties as required, including pastoral support

  • Acting as a positive role model to students across all year groups

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Level 3 Qualification and/or Previous experience working with young people (e.g. in schools, youth work, coaching, or mentoring)

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Adaptability and confidence to lead classes across a range of subjects

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • A proactive and professional approach
