The Education Network is recruiting enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the Bradford area. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced school support staff looking to gain classroom experience while contributing positively to students' education.

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes in the absence of the classroom teacher.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure pupils remain on task.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support students with their learning and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and any issues that arise.

Requirements

• Experience working with young people (school, tutoring, sports coaching, youth work, etc.).
• Strong classroom presence and the confidence to manage behaviour effectively.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to supporting different subjects and schools.
• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
