Overview

Corporate Tax Assistant Manager or Manager - Maidstone

Are you an experienced ACA &/or CTA Qualified Corporate Tax Assistant Manager or Manager looking for a genuine forward step in your career at a large national practice in Maidstone?

Our client are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Specialist at Assistant Manager, Manager or Senior Manager level who has the potential to further develop the corporate tax offering. This is an opportunity to take control and grow an already significant portfolio of Corporate clients, OMBs, SMEs, multinational & some listed clients.

Responsibilities

• Capital reduction demergers and corporate restructuring
• Advice for shareholders (corporate and family) on disposals (typical values range from £10-100m)
• Tax due diligence
• Share scheme planning (EMI, growth shares etc.)

Requirements / Qualifications

• ACA and/or CTA Qualified
• Experience in corporate tax advisory; ability to provide technical backup to partners
• Commercially minded, comfortable with entrepreneurial clients
• Ability to develop relationships with existing and future clients

Location & Contact

The local Maidstone office is commutable from areas across Kent; Sittingbourne, Aylesford, Ashford, Tonbridge etc.
