Join the dynamic and expanding corporate team in London as a Corporate Tax Manager! This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior management and partners to deliver exceptional and highly impactful tax advisory to a large portfolio of clients. As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will also collaborate with the in-house team which is made up of commercial and private client solicitors to assist them with strategic tax solutions. The client is a top 100 accountancy firm waiting for your application!

Responsibilities
  • Manage the advisory part of the role (80%). This will include:
  • Working alongside partners and junior colleagues, providing outstanding tax advice to numerous clients.
  • Lead projects from initial engagement to legal implementation.
  • Participate in client pitches and business development activities alongside partners.
  • Advisory project areas will include: tax valuations and clearances; corporate structuring; tax due diligence; tax reliefs; other technical areas.
  • Manage the compliance support part of the role (20%). This will include:
  • Reviewing complex corporation tax returns for domestic and international clients.
  • Supporting the whole team with general practice of reviews concerning annual computations and tax queries.
Requirements
  • Preferably both ACA/ACCA and CTA/ATT qualified.
  • Proven track record of mentoring junior colleagues and them being promoted.
  • Ability to maintain client relationships at a high level and conduct BD calls to create new business opportunities.
  • Extensive experience from previous role or roles showcasing big achievements and the impact it had on the firm.
