Overview

Corporate Tax Manager – Boutique Firm, London – £75,000 + Bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead a corporate client portfolio with a 60/40 advisory-to-compliance split. Working closely with Partners, manage advisory projects including reorganisations, group structuring, and cross-border issues.
• Oversee tax compliance for corporates, LLPs, and non-resident landlords; liaise with HMRC on enquiries and complex tax matters; identify tax planning opportunities while supporting business development.
• Mentor and develop junior staff; contribute to the team’s growth; manage billing, budgets, and client workflows.

Requirements

• CTA qualification (or ACA/ACCA/ATT) with several years of experience in UK corporate tax.
• Strong advisory experience; excellent client relationship skills; commercially minded and technically confident.
• Passion for mentoring others and contributing to team success.
