The Role

From early on, you'll be involved in real deals, not just watching from the sidelines. Working closely with partners and senior lawyers, you'll support on mid‑market M&A, private equity transactions and complex corporate advisory work, while steadily taking on more responsibility as your experience grows. You'll assist with share and asset acquisitions, draft and negotiate key documents such as SPAs and shareholders' agreements, support restructures and governance matters, and coordinate due diligence alongside banking, employment and real estate teams. It's varied, fast‑moving work with strong supervision and genuine progression.
