Corporate Solicitor / Senior Associate | 5+ PQE

Guildford, Surrey. Competitive Salary + Benefits | Hybrid Working (2 days per week in the office).

• Private M&A (buy‑and sell‑side)
• Private equity and venture capital transactions
• Corporate restructures and reorganisations
• Shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and general advisory work

You’ll collaborate with specialists across tax, finance, employment, and real estate to deliver joined‑up, commercial advice to clients ranging from scale‑ups to international groups.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years’ PQE in corporate law
• Strong drafting skills and commercial acumen
• Confident managing transactions and supporting junior team members
• Pragmatic, client‑focused, and collaborative
