Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage a busy switchboard and direct calls efficiently.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure AV setups are in place.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing post and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Liaise with building management and facilities teams.
