Our client is seeking a hands‑on Corporate Finance Manager to join their Deal Delivery team to lead key workstreams on mid‑market M&A and funding mandates (£5m–£100m). You’ll bring corporate finance experience, owning the day‑to‑day of transactions with light supervision and acting as a trusted client lead throughout the deal cycle.

What you’ll do
  • Own and deliver transaction workstreams – IM drafting, financial modelling, buyer / investor engagement, data room build and diligence coordination
  • Drive deal momentum – maintain clear plans, anticipate issues, coordinate advisers and keep stakeholders aligned
  • Produce high‑quality outputs – ensuring all deliverables are accurate, consistent and compelling
  • Lead outreach – run structured buyer / investor / lender approaches and manage Q&A professionally
  • Support negotiations – provide analysis and options that inform valuation, structure and key terms
