About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a broad range of experience, who can demonstrate strong technical ability and commercial acumen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a diverse non-contentious caseload, which includes:

  • Corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
  • Commercial contracts and regulatory advice

You’ll have:

  • A good grounding in corporate and commercial law and are seeking to develop your skills further. You might be more experienced and seeking to work with greater independence on your own matters too.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for corporate and commercial law and the ambition to develop a strong client following over time.
  • Exceptional client care skills with a proactive and personable approach.
  • A commercial mindset and a collaborative attitude.
  • Willingness to contribute to business development and marketing initiatives to grow the team’s presence and client base.

Benefits

  • A supportive and friendly working environment with a strong emphasis on professional development.
  • A competitive salary package commensurate with your experience and skills
  • A comprehensive range of benefits including flexible working, health and wellbeing initiatives, and ongoing training opportunities
