Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise on a variety of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity investments, and corporate disposals.

  • Draft and review shareholder agreements, family investment company structures, and employee share schemes.

  • Support clients with non-transactional corporate matters, providing practical and commercially astute advice.

  • Collaborate on complex, multi-million-pound deals with other team members and departments.

  • Engage in business development and networking activities to strengthen client relationships and grow your personal profile.

  • Uphold the highest professional and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and the firm’s procedures.

About You

  • 4–8 years PQE in corporate law, with solid experience in handling transactional matters.

  • A strong understanding of mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and related corporate finance work.

  • Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, with a sharp eye for detail.

  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with the ability to deliver commercially focused solutions.

  • A proactive approach to business development and a keen interest in building your own network of clients and referrers.

  • A team-oriented mindset, coupled with the ability to work independently on your own caseload.
