About the Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate (2–4 PQE) to join an established and growing team in Birmingham. The role offers exposure to a wide range of transactional matters, working on complex and high‑value corporate work for national and international clients. You will work alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers on transactions from initial structuring through to completion. The team provides a supportive environment where Associates are encouraged to take ownership of workstreams, develop strong commercial awareness and build long‑term client relationships.

The practice is well regarded for delivering sophisticated corporate advice outside London and regularly handles transactions with cross‑border elements. Work spans multiple sectors including manufacturing, technology, life sciences and real estate, with opportunities to collaborate across offices and international networks.

What You’ll Be Doing
