Core Subjects Tutor – Southampton

Start Date: ASAP
Part‑time | Flexible hours | Competitive hourly rate

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 or small‑group tuition in core subjects
  • Deliver engaging, personalised learning sessions
  • Support learners with varying needs and learning styles
  • Track progress and adapt teaching approaches where needed
  • Work in homes, schools, or community settings depending on placement
  • Complete 6 months of work in UK schools
Qualifications
  • Strong subject knowledge in English, Maths and/or Science
  • Experience tutoring or teaching (school, intervention, tuition centre, or mentoring)
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students
  • Reliable, organised, and confident working independently
  • A current enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
