A well-respected catering company in Guildford is seeking an experienced Cook Manager to lead a kitchen team. This role involves cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients and ensuring excellent service standards. You'll manage the kitchen operations and maintain high food quality, emphasizing the importance of customer satisfaction. Job Title: Cook Manager
Working Monday to Friday
Hours: 7am-3:30pm (40 hours per week) (flex with hours if needed)
Working Weeks: 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)
Pay Details: £25,000 per Annum
We're open to people with great cooking and people management skills. You will be an experienced Cook/Chef Manager, used to cooking using fresh seasonal ingredients at volume, managing your kitchen and liaising directly with onsite clients.
As manager you will head up the team, making sure service runs smoothly and that all due diligence is adhered to.
