A recruitment agency in Bromsgrove is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary. You will manage your own caseload while supporting the Head of Property Services. The role requires excellent telephone and IT skills, along with 3-4 years' experience in Residential Conveyancing. Overview

Our lovely Client based in Bromsgrove is currently recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to carry out the following:

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the drafting of SDLTs, Replies to Requisitions and Transfer Deeds; deal with basic enquiries; produce case management letters and deal with all AML onboarding procedures.
  • Open and close files; speak with agents and clients over the telephone to provide updates and deal with all other duties associated with a Residential Conveyancing Secretary / Paralegal position.
  • Prioritise work in a confidential, timely and effective manner using a high degree of self-management and initiative; work to tight deadlines; and work independently and as part of a wider team.
  • Strong IT skills using Microsoft Office and case management systems are essential.
Qualifications
  • Excellent telephone, interpersonal and typing skills.
  • Ability to prioritise work in a confidential, timely and effective manner.
  • It is expected that you have a 3-4 years\' experience and a good working knowledge of Residential Conveyancing matters.
  • The successful candidate will run their own caseload or work in a fee earning capacity, but will provide direct support to the Head of Property Services at the Bromsgrove office and work alongside them throughout the residential conveyancing process.
Hours & Benefits

Hours of work are 9.00 am-5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, with the role on-site and remote working not applicable.
