Job summary

A housing association is seeking an experienced Property Paralegal to provide high-quality legal advice in non-contentious property matters. The role involves managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including right to buy and sales. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in conveyancing, attention to detail, and a Law degree, with CILEX qualifications preferred. This is a hybrid office-based role, requiring one day per week on-site in Maidstone or London.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Paralegal in conveyancing.
• Ability to provide high-quality legal advice service.
• Experience in managing a caseload of standard freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing transactions.
