TSR Legal is working with a growing and forward-thinking law firm to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their expanding property team.

The Role

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support on a varied residential and/or commercial property caseload, with responsibility for handling transactions from instruction through to completion. There will also be scope for fee-earning work as part of the role.

The position is based in the firm’s Kingsbridge office, with the flexibility of hybrid working, and offers the opportunity to be part of a property department that is actively growing and investing in its people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to completion
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation
  • Liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties
  • Prepare, draft, and review legal documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Contribute positively to the smooth running and continued growth of the property team
About You
Essential
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Paralegal within residential and/or commercial conveyancing
  • Sound understanding of conveyancing procedures and compliance requirements
  • Confident managing a busy and varied workload
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency with Leap and Microsoft Office
