Job: Conveyancing Paralegal

Location: Liverpool

Job Type: Full time

We are seeking an organised and proactive Conveyancing Paralegal to join our growing team in Liverpool. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our conveyancing fee earners while also managing your own caseload of residential property transactions.

Your day-to-day work will involve progressing files from instruction to completion, liaising with clients and third parties, handling post-completion matters, and ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing day-to-day conveyancing support to fee earners.
  • Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files (approximately 10 completions per month).
  • Handling all aspects of post-completion work and client communication.
  • Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with compliance standards.
  • Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
About You
  • Previous experience in conveyancing is essential, with strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Confident in dealing with clients and third parties in a professional manner.
  • A team player with a proactive approach and excellent attention to detail.
