Job description

A well-established, owner-led legal practice with a strong local reputation is looking to appoint a Property / Residential Conveyancing Lawyer as part of a planned growth phase. The firm has built its success on high-quality residential work, long-standing client relationships and a stable, supportive team environment, and is now expanding its physical presence locally.

The role

This position sits within a busy but well-managed residential conveyancing team, handling core “bread and butter” residential matters. The firm operates with smaller caseloads than volume-led conveyancing practices, allowing a clear focus on quality, attention to detail and client service. Experience with new build transactions would be advantageous, though is not essential.

  • Professional, detail-focused and client-oriented approach
