Are you a Solicitor, CiLex or Licenced Conveyancer looking to work on a flexible hybrid basis with on site parking with good transport links. Our client is a reputable, established law firm with a busy and growing residential conveyancing team. They are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE to manage a varied caseload, supported by a full-time assistant.

Key Responsibilities for this Conveyancing Lawyer role

Manage a broad caseload from instruction to post-completion, including:

  • Residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
  • Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
  • Registered and unregistered land transactions
  • Handle complex matters such as:
  • Shared ownership, lease extensions, and trust-related property
  • Attorney and estate-managed transactions
  • Property aspects arising from matrimonial matters
  • Deal with all post-completion tasks, including SDLT and Land Registry submissions
  • Liaise professionally with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
  • Stay informed on changes in property law and ensure full compliance with regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues when needed
