A leading affordable housing consultancy is seeking a Conveyancing Executive to support the Affordable Housing Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in conveyancing, excellent client management skills, and a proactive approach to workload management. This role offers flexible working options and focuses on facilitating housing sales transactions effectively.

We are looking for a Conveyancing Executive to join our vibrant Affordable Housing Sales team.
You will work closely with senior fee earners helping with Affordable housing sales in a busy and fast moving environment to support our Housing Association clients.
Our Affordable Housing Sales team is one of the largest in the Midlands specialising in all aspects of property acquisition and disposal for more than 60 Registered Providers across the country. We lead our competitors in the delivery of extra care housing for people over the age of 55. In the last 12 months we have disposed of more than 250 void residential dwellings, 450 extra care properties and 300 shared ownership units.
