Conveyancing Assistant – Residential Conveyancing

Location: Various West Yorkshire Offices

Hours: Full time / Part time

About the Firm

A highly regarded, award-winning law firm with multiple offices across West Yorkshire is seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant. Location is flexible depending on where the candidate is based and full time / part time hours are available. The Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and successful Residential Conveyancing team, supporting experienced Fee Earners and ensuring a seamless service for clients.

Your responsibilities will include :
  • Handling client and third-party queries.
  • Assisting with completions and conducting searches.
  • Drafting and typing correspondence.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and referrers.
  • Providing general administrative and secretarial support.
About You
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a conveyancing support role is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach.
  • Experience using SOS or similar case management systems is an advantage, but not essential.
