Key Responsibilities
  • Assist solicitors and licensed conveyancers in all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions
  • Manage a high volume of conveyancing cases from inception to completion
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfers, leases, and mortgage deeds
  • Conduct thorough property searches and due diligence investigations
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and databases

1. Case Management
