The Role

Support Success in Conveyancing Transactions. As a Conveyancing Administration Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting the conveyancing team by managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth client communication. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients via telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings, ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • File Management: Set up client files in the case management system and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Document Production: Prepare initial client documentation, including authority to act and protocol forms, and review returned documents.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct solicitor and client due diligence checks.
  • Transaction Support: Request, log, and organise documentation critical to conveyancing transactions.
  • Task Coordination: Log and complete tasks on the case management system, ensuring all correspondence is accurately recorded.
  • General Administration: Perform various administrative duties to support the team's efficiency.
