Service Care Solutions is working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm, based in Leamington Spa, which is seeking to appoint a Property Solicitor or Licensed/Experienced Conveyancer to join its residential conveyancing team. This position forms an important part of the team’s ongoing continuity and client service.

Role

Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer – based in Leamington Spa with a salary of £30,000–£45,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Handle transfers of equity
  • Process standard residential transactions across a stable, well‑managed workflow

  • Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer (experienced conveyancers also considered)
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes
