Residential Conveyancer – Solihull

Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Residential Conveyancing professional to join its Solihull office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly, collaborative firm offering flexibility, strong support and a competitive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post-completion

Handle:

  • Residential sales and purchases
  • Remortgages and equity release transactions
  • Freehold and leasehold title checks
  • Transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
  • Provide support and training to Conveyancing Assistants within the department
  • Develop and maintain client relationships within the local area
  • Cross-refer clients to other departments where appropriate
  • Ensure compliance with CQS Protocols
About You
  • Qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer)
  • Proven experience managing a residential property caseload
  • Strong local knowledge of the Solihull area
  • High standards of professionalism, care and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Provide cover for other offices within the firm when required
